GigPost respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including any data associated with your Facebook Page integration.

What Data We Hold

• Your venue name, owner name, and contact details
• Your Facebook Page access token (used to post on your behalf)
• Show and booking history you've entered into the platform
• Social media posts created through GigPost
• Billing records (retained as required by law)

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at:

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
• Your account, all associated data, and your Facebook Page access token will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete
• Billing records may be retained as required by applicable law

Disconnecting Facebook Only

If you only want to remove GigPost's access to your Facebook Page (without deleting your account), you can do so directly in Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations
2. Find GigPost and click Remove

We will automatically delete your Page access token within 30 days of disconnection.
