These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GigPost LLC ("GigPost," "we," "us," or "our") social media management platform and related services, including our SMS messaging features (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
GigPost is a software-as-a-service platform that helps live entertainment venues (bars, pubs, restaurants, breweries) and bands automate their social media presence. Features include booking management, AI-generated social media captions, Facebook Page posting, an entertainer roster, performance analytics, and an optional SMS interface for managing bookings and posts by text message.
Program name: GigPost SMS
Program description: GigPost SMS allows authorized GigPost subscribers (venue owners and managers) to manage bookings and request social media posts by texting our dedicated number, +1 (860) 590-4463. The program also sends booking confirmations, post status notifications, account communications, and periodic activity summaries back to subscribers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most subscribers receive between 2 and 20 messages per week, depending on how often they book shows or request posts.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Eligibility: GigPost SMS is available only to paying GigPost subscribers who have provided a mobile number and opted in to SMS notifications during account signup or in their portal settings (My Account → Notifications). The program is not available to the general public and is not intended for individuals under 18.
Supported carriers: GigPost SMS works on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from GigPost. You can opt back in at any time using the methods in Section 3.
Your use of GigPost is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including SMS consent records and message content. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your GigPost account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Services to:
GigPost integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. GigPost is not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party platforms.
GigPost is offered as a monthly subscription at $99 per month with a 30-day free trial for new accounts. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
All software, designs, content, logos, and trademarks associated with GigPost are owned by GigPost LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit to GigPost (event details, photos, captions, etc.) and grant GigPost a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Services on your behalf.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GigPost does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigPost LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid GigPost in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
